In October of 2008, Lindsay E. H. Fecteau, a Torrington Rotary Member made a humanitarian trip to the Tanzanian Children's Village. Her mission was to teach and tutor the youngsters in English. Nonetheless, her visit was also to assure the children that people care, and more specifically, that Torrington Rotary cares. Our club is fortunate to have been able to provide financial support to the Tanzanian Children's Fund in the past and into the future.
